Fan Project: Join Project Blue Moon: Art For Awareness
The unfortunate passing of SHINee’s Kim Jonghyun shook the world of K-Pop, with his friend and family as well as all of his fans stricken. The cause of death prompted many to bring heightened awareness to change the viewpoints of mental illnesses around the world.
That’s where Project Blue Moon: Art For Awareness comes into play. This beautiful project is dedicated towards raising awareness and donations to help bring awareness to mental health and suicide.
Their goal is to use the wonderful artists all around the world to create fanart of Jongghyun and share it with the world. Sales of the prints will have50%-60% of the proceeds donated to South Korean mental health and awareness facilities. Note, some of the proceeds will be removed for the printing and shipping costs. The hosts of the project are not profiting in any way, but are using the proceeds to deliver the art to the buyer.
If you have concerns on pricing, don’t worry! a 4″ X 6″ print costs $4.90 (USD) and a 3.5″ X 2″ card costs $2.90 (USD). This is definitely a project that won’t break the bank and goes to an incredible cause!
